Michelin Star Korean Cuisine In Seoul: Yongsusan

Yongsusan was my first real Korean experience while visiting Seoul a couple of weeks ago. A Michelin-starred restaurant, the food was fantastic and the small tasty plates seemed to be prepared with great skill. Among this heritage restaurant’s signature dishes is Gaeseong-style bossam kimchi, which consists of small bundles of kimchi, wrapped inside a cabbage leaf with fresh seafood such as shrimp and small octopus, and matured in a flavorful clear beef broth. Full of freshness and different flavors, the Stuffed Cabbage and Bulgogi were definitely worth a visit. Yongsusan is located on a quiet street, right next to picturesque Changdeok Palace.
